To read or not to read? Read it if you're a crime buff and liked White Collar (TV).

Movie? Nothing yet, but I'd like to see USA, maybe TNT, or someone pick this up.

Goodreads users gave this book a 3.93. I think it was more deserving of a 4.11.

Okay! So in general, this was just a standard crime book, but it carried over from the first book in that we saw the same characters and such. But that was a disappointing place for me in this book - the characters, I mean. They were very similar in both physical and psychological descriptions. I missed the descriptions we got in The Heist, that seemed to be missing from here.

The believability was a huge issue for me. It seemed as if there were too many things happening in this book to really be, believable. It was just a bit too out there. So where the scoring lacks in believability, it definitely gets a bonus point on uniqueness.

As was with the first book, this book was a quick, easy read, that was also easy to follow with some of the jumping between characters and scenarios. Fun, fast paced, writing made for fun, fast paced reading. The book was nothing short of exciting and page turning, even in the moments of down time. The story-line itself, wasn't great. I felt like the believability of the events paired poorly with the story itself. There were too many holes and places to question.

The title was a good match, but again with the crappy cover art! I'm eager to read the next book, despite this one's flaws.
